Good sources for help are

Eclipse's Newsgroup one of the primary vehicule for asking questions.
Do check on the bugs report because someone might have already encounter the same problem.
Browsing developers mailing lists archives is a good source too. USe the newsgroups if you want to ask questions.
There is a search facility for the Eclipse Site
and of course, Google is one of the general search engine that is worth a try.
Instant community help is also available via chat on Irc Faq

The intention of this help section is to give you quick pointers which other users had find useful.
