Eclipse 3.1 is the current release of Eclispe and Eclipse 3.2 is the newest release of the Eclipse IDE project, to be released late June 2006.
This release introduces and improves features including:-
- code navigation and hyperlinking - searching - references, writes, declarations - global refactoring - local renaming & template editing
This brings the Eclipse IDE to the forefront for navigating and engineering large projects, as well as being extensible and pluggable for further features and editing tasks.
Eclipse also leads as one of the most efficient Java IDEs, with outstanding user interface and performance without any of the lag'n'drag characterizing some other IDEs :-)
Here we use Eclipse for everything from Java development, to editing PHP and HTML. See the Eclipse website at www.eclipse.org to download the latest version.

Demand is really high these days, so you'll probably have best luck downloading from a mirror. Good work the Eclipse team!
