On which Cobol compiler/runtime does it rely?
Does it run on other systems than Windows?

Eclipse COBOL plug-in 3.0 (now Beta-1)
- Eclipse SDK 3.0.1
- Run under Windows, Solaris and Linux
- FUJITSU NetCOBOL is necessary to operate even execution.
If it is edit of COBOL source only, the compiler and library are unnecessary.
